Implants are a popular method for replacing teeth since patients can solve their functional and aesthetic problems resulting in a completely natural feeling and function of the teeth, partially stopping further bone loss in the oral cavity.<\/p>\n

By regenerating the bone, we stop the withdrawal of the gums and further decay of the jawbone and, consequently, the collapse of the adjacent teeth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Artificial bone<\/span><\/h2>\n

These are artificially produced materials of synthetic or animal origin. Most often they come in granular form and are sufficient for bone enhancement or for correction of small and medium bone defects due to periodontitis, tooth extraction or for some other reason.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it is necessary to combine them with an autologous bone to achieve better osteogenic potential, which leads to a faster formation of the new bone.<\/p>\n

Surgical procedures using artificial bone is somewhat faster and less demanding for both the surgeon and the patient. As when using autologous bone, there is no pain after surgery, and the postoperative recovery is much easier for the patient.<\/p>\n

Bone grafts have a high success rate<\/strong>. Generally, the organism always accepts the bone blend and the regeneration process begins.<\/p>\n

Autologous bone<\/span><\/h2>\n

Bone augmentation procedure performed with pieces of your own bone taken from the chin or the back of the lower jaw.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The autologous bone can be used in a single piece as a bone block or in bone scrapes.<\/p>\n

An autologous bone transplant is still a gold standard in oral surgery because it has the strongest osteogenic potential. Using the the own bone of the patient has a big role.<\/p>\n

This bone augmentation process has virtually no post-operative pain or swelling. Patients do not feel any discomfort after the process and have only positive experiences.<\/p>\n
